Prestigious award kicks off new Michael John Flooring Customer Care Division
At the recent Davidsons Homes awards ceremony, held at the iconic Athena Theatre in Leicester, Michael John Flooring were awarded the prestigious ‘2018 Customer Care’ prize. The award recognises the Davidsons Homes supplier who went above and beyond to provide the highest level of support and care to their customers. The award coincides with the launch of Michael John Flooring’s new Customer Care Division, which will be focused on delivering outstanding support and guidance to customers to ensure they get the most out of their flooring solutions.
The new division will be split into two sections, one focused solely on the new-build sector of Michael John Flooring’s business, and the second geared towards the domestic and residential sector. The creation of this new division, highlights Michael John Flooring’s dedication towards customer support and care both before, during and after a fitting, no matter the size.
