Covid19: Protecting our customers and staff
For the safety of staff & customers we will be implementing the following in our showroom:

Please inform us before we arrive if anyone in the house is self isolating, has Covid19 or any associated symptoms

Access and fitting areas need to be free of anyone else so that fitters can work in isolation

PPE is provided to all fitters and they are instructed to wear them at all times

Please ventilate the fitting area by opening doors and windows before fitters arrival

Fitters will adhere to social distancing guidelines and it is requested clients do also

Uplifting of old flooring is requested to be done prior to fitters arrival, to avoid cross contamination

We request all removable items and furniture are moved clear of the fitting area

No old floor coverings will not be removed from site whilst Covid secure measures are in place

Fitters will call before arrival to allow customers time to clear the area of others

Q I’ve paid for furniture, uplifting or removal will you not do this now?
A Sorry but for this temp measure we are focussed on minimising risk to you and our staff as priority. Please contact the office and we will refund or credit any associated costs.
Q I do not want to be out of the house completely.
A No problem, please stay in another room upstairs or downstairs, garden but away from our staff and always maintain 2m Social distancing
Q I feel unwell since I booked the date is it OK if the fitters still come I will stay 2m away?
A Absolutely not, please contact us immediately to postpone and re arrange a new date for after your self isolating period.
Q Do I need to wear a face mask whilst your fitters are here?
A We strongly recommended you do wear PPE for both parties safety and actively encourage you let us know if our staff are not adhering to our safety rules and we will remove them from you property immediately.
