Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Michael John Flooring Ltd, 188–190 Narborough Road, Leicester, LE3 0BU.
2. Eligibility
The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Michael John Flooring Ltd, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person per month is permitted, regardless of entry method.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion will run monthly throughout 2026.
For each month, the entry period will open at the start of business on the first calendar day of the month and close at the end of business on the final calendar day of the month.
The monthly entry periods are as follows:
March 2026: From opening on 1 March 2026 to closing on 31 March 2026
April 2026: From opening on 1 April 2026 to closing on 30 April 2026
May 2026: From opening on 1 May 2026 to closing on 31 May 2026
June 2026: From opening on 1 June 2026 to closing on 30 June 2026
July 2026: From opening on 1 July 2026 to closing on 31 July 2026
August 2026: From opening on 1 August 2026 to closing on 31 August 2026
September 2026: From opening on 1 September 2026 to closing on 30 September 2026
October 2026: From opening on 1 October 2026 to closing on 31 October 2026
November 2026: From opening on 1 November 2026 to closing on 30 November 2026
December 2026: From opening on 1 December 2026 to closing on 31 December 2026
All qualifying entries received within each monthly entry period will be included in that month’s prize draw.
4. How to Enter
Purchase Entry
Make a single purchase of £500 or more at either Michael John Flooring showroom during the relevant monthly entry period.
The £500 spend must be made in one transaction. Multiple transactions cannot be combined.
Sale items and discounted items are excluded. Delivery and fitting charges are excluded.
Deposits, refunded purchases, cancelled purchases, and gift voucher purchases do not qualify.
Eligible customers will receive one entry into that month’s draw.
Free Entry Route
To enter without making a purchase, send one postcard containing your full name, postal address, email address, and telephone number to:

- Only one postcard entry per person per month is permitted.
- Postcard entries must be received by the final calendar day of the relevant month. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
- Incomplete, illegible, or late entries will not be accepted.
- Free entries are treated equally to purchase entries and included in all prize draws.
- No marketing consent is required to enter using either entry method.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, damaged, or misdirected.
5. The Prizes
Monthly Prizes
The monthly prize for March 2026 will be one £250 Love2shop gift voucher.
Monthly prizes for March 2026 to December 2026 will vary and will be announced on the Michael John Flooring website and official social media channels before the start of each respective monthly entry period.
The prize published for that month will be the prize awarded.
All monthly prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative is available unless expressly stated.
Grand Prize
£1,000 Cash Prize, drawn in December 2026.
All valid entries received between 1 February 2026 and 31 December 2026, including both purchase and free entries, will be included in the Grand Prize draw.
Amazon is not a sponsor of, nor associated with, this promotion.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received for each monthly draw.
Monthly draws will take place within 14 days of the end of each entry period.
The Promoter’s decision is final.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone within 7 days of the relevant draw.
Winners must respond within 28 days of notification to claim their prize.
If a winner does not respond within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
The surname and county of major prize winners will be available on request for 30 days after each draw by sending a stamped self addressed envelope to the Promoter at the address above.
Entrants may object to their surname and county being made available. In such circumstances, the Promoter may provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Winners may be invited to take part in reasonable publicity. Participation is optional and not a condition of receiving the prize.
8. Data Protection
Personal data will be used solely for administering this promotion.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
9. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where unavoidable circumstances arise.
These terms are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Exclusions
The following do not qualify for entry:
- Sale or discounted items
• Deposits only
• Gift voucher purchases
• Refunded or cancelled purchases
• Multiple transactions combined to reach the £500 threshold
